Nectar is the largest UK loyalty scheme with around 25% of the adult UK population holding a card. It offers customers rewards for spending with a number of leading brands including Sainsbury’s, Debenhams, BP, American Express and EDF Energy
Our first task was to reposition the brand away from the mechanics of points collection towards the promise of rewards. Now to increase engagement, we’re offering ‘Treats’ rather than mere discounts, and we’re managing the migration from offline to digital comms and adapting to the new realities of online shopping.
