
The BHF provides a range of services to support patient care and provides vital information to sufferers and those most at risk of a heart condition. It is estimated that as many as 2.6 million people are living with heart and circulatory disease and around 5.5 million people in the UK aged 30+ receive treatment for high blood pressure.
It now wants to engage more directly with a larger audience through the creation of a service which will facilitate the development of long term relationships. Our task is to develop a strategy and branding for the service and then recruit people onto the scheme via responsive media – both on and offline.
Hence the launch of Heart Matters. An innovative programme that seeks to exchange invaluable information and support for people with heart problems or at risk, for their support via donations, fundraising, volunteer help or however they can.
