Air France, part of the world’s leading airline group, AIR FRANCE KLM, has appointed BEC London to handle its direct to consumer and digital communications for the UK & Ireland market.
The focus is on communicating with AIR FRANCE KLM’s joint frequent flyer member database, Flying Blue, and includes regular email and direct mail campaigns. The Flying Blue programme has broad appeal – both for frequent business travellers and for those just flying occasionally for pleasure – and is free to join.
